Filling:

1 cup maple syrup
1 1/2 cups rolled oats, finely ground
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Frosting:
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
1/3 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
1-2 tablespoons non-fat milk
