Old school peach cobbler

This old-fashioned pie is one of my family’s favorite desserts. It’s easy to make and doesn’t use eggs.

* Ingredients:

° 10 peaches, pitted and cut into pieces

° 1/3 cup all-purpose flour

° 1 cup of sugar

° 1/4 cup butter

° 1 shortcrust pastry ready to bake

* Preparation steps:

Combine flour, sugar and butter until dough crumbles.

Spread shortcrust pastry in a 9-inch (23 cm) diameter pie dish. Place a layer of peaches and sprinkle with the butter and flour mixture. Reiterate operation until all the ingredients are employed up.

Place shortcrust pastry strips on top to form a grid.

Bake 46 min at 175 ° C.
