Ingredients:
For the test
1 cup of milk
3 tsp dry yeast (or 25 g fresh)
3 cups of flour in / with
1 cup sugar
2 egg yolks
50 g butter
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp vegetable oil
100 g candied fruits or nuts
For decoration
1 egg white
1 tbsp sugar
Topping for cakes
Preparation:
Pour two tablespoons of oil into the baking container.
Heat the milk to 40 degrees and add it to the oil container.
Put dry yeast in the same place — three teaspoons.
Separate the yolks from the whites and add two yolks to the dough.
Heat the butter and add it to the baking dish warm (not hot).
Add sugar and flour to the container.
Turn on the bread maker to the "Baking white bread with a medium crust" mode.
If the dough turns out to be liquid when kneading, add a little flour.
Add candied fruits at the end of kneading.
Beat the protein with sugar to a thick foam and coat the cake with the resulting fudge. Decorate the top with sprinkles for cakes.
